What the model reads
Change the notification settings: which categories of notice the requester is told about at all, and which conversations are muted. This is the standing preference, not one arriving reminder: a repeating alert the requester set up is stopped with schedule_cancel. Only the categories the call names change, and the whole setting is answered back. A category the requester may not choose is refused by name rather than quietly dropped.
