What the model reads
Set the hours this company works, which attendance is judged against, from today on. The earlier policies stay, each with the day it took effect, so nothing already worked is re-judged. The whole policy is written at once, so read attendance_work_policy_get first and send it back with the fields that change. This is an administrator's and it is company-wide.
