InternKim is an AI workspace a company without developers can use from day one. Tasks, the calendar, attendance, files, customers and conversations live in one place, and an AI coworker works inside it. Ask it the way you would message a colleague, and it books your leave, sets up the meeting, drafts the quote and sorts your mail.
Three parts
A task board, the company calendar, attendance and leave, the org chart, a messenger, a data room and customer records in one app, at intern.kim or on your phone.
It reads the same records and does the work itself. Asked in the messenger, it adds the meeting, makes the document, sends the mail and keeps track of what is due.
It arrives with InternKim installed. Connect power and the internet, enter the code the box shows, and your company's InternKim runs around the clock. A computer you already own works too.
Why it exists
A small company that wants AI at work hits the same walls. Chat AIs know nothing about the company, so every request starts from scratch, and once you have the answer a person still does the work. The company's work is scattered across an attendance system, a calendar, a messenger, a drive and spreadsheets, so an AI cannot carry a job from one to the next. And keeping AI costs down means choosing, wiring up and running models, which takes a developer.
With the work and its files in one place, the AI knows the whole company's context. Whoever asks starts from what the company has already built up.
A pricey AI subscription per employee is simple, but you pay for the people who barely use it. InternKim picks the right model for each job under one company key, and you pay for what is used.
The contracts, quotes and reports made along the way are filed in the data room. When an investor asks for documents, you send one link.

Every piece of software in InternKim is open source. Pick how much of it to run yourself for your stage and skills, and your company keeps running even if we disappear.
Use the app at intern.kim, while the AI coworker, conversations and files run on the Kim mini in your office. There is almost nothing to set up.
Two commands on a Linux server or Mac that stays on. With more than one, another can take over when one goes down.
Run the app, the records database and the connection server yourself, without intern.kim in between.
