company_document_download
Fetch a company document's original, or one of the files derived from it, out of the data room. Name the document with documentHint and add fileName for a derived file. Answers a signed URL good for ten minutes; category permissions and the share's download setting decide access. Read the sidecar and the summary first and fetch the original only when they cannot answer; an original goes to the requester themselves and passing it on is their own act. `read` · v1
Authorization
memberToken The tools internkim uses inside a company, callable from outside it. A token belongs to a person, and every call runs as that person, so a token can never do more than its owner can.
The first token is made signed in, from the settings screen. After that a token makes its own
successors: POST /token for a new one, DELETE /token for the old one, so a script rotates
without a browser. A token can neither mint a rung above its own nor revoke itself.
Send Authorization: Bearer <token> on every request.

Classify a document against the company data room taxonomy in one model request. Supply its title and extracted text or a factual summary. The result is an exact permitted leaf category code, including a parent without children, or X when ambiguous. Parents with children are never choices. Classify before uploading and registering a new document. `computation` · v1
company_document_list POST
List registered company documents newest first, with their numbers, counterparts, file paths, summaries, and where each sits in the data room. Filter by category, type, counterpart, or keyword. Category grants decide visibility. Use to answer 'what quotes did we send to X'. `read` · v2
