Three sentences
A company keeps one computer on. The hardware does not matter.
People reach their messenger and their files from any network through the web app. No connection is ever made into that computer.
Nothing the agent does is anonymous. It runs as the Linux user of whoever asked, and the records it leaves carry that person's name.
